After 24 hours of game time played GT Sport is kind of like Destiny 2 in the sense that it really is a great base game but after a period of time lacks anything meaningful to do. What Gran Turismo Sport Spec II DOES offer is a way for newcomers to jump right in and see the game that many of us hoped for at launch. And while GT Sport's tracks lack dynamic lighting and weather effects, each real-world track has been laser scanned to an impressive degree of accuracy. On some of the tracks with steep elevation changes I genuinly felt the lightness of flying over bumps and drops into hollows. I agree with Sammy about people maybe placing too much emphasis on the old school campaign stuff, im not into racing games much at all but online racing is more entertaining for me than heaps of AI stuff. I know over a 1000 cars would probably be too much for Polyphony to do in the kind of detail that they have put in to GTS but they could of done more.
