Only a few years ago, the Trift Hut of the Swiss Alpine Club could be reached on foot via the glacier tongue. Faisa, that is so sweet and kind! The sort that I know won’t die down given time! Thank you for putting it in my heart to want to see these places, it was worth the wait. The journey there is truly an adventure in itself. It’s amazing how beautifully slow life moves up here-none of that city rush…I feel soul nourished sitting back, watching this scene! One of my most breathtaking moments was walking up to the lakes of Almsee and Seebensee. Ten days on the road with little children is no mean feat, and they’ve apparently had the greatest of times too from what I see on your Facebook. We were there on personal recommendation and were her guests! Fog-Drenched Wild Ponies of the New Forest! Known as their prized “Städtle” – a tiny town, we thought this might be the one-stop destination for everything from modern art and historical collections to outdoor cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Yes. The entire area is mostly pedestrianised and closed to cars…great for when you have children who need to run about and stretch their legs. ;P. Outside our holiday home in Switzerland. The children and my husband absolutely loved the thermal waters and treatments, and could not get enough of it. What a lovely post Kanch!
