We found this place many years ago whilst exploring Montreux and going up the funicular to Glion . The hotel is a little bit tired and the restaurant not quite as good as we had hoped, despite 14 Gault Millau points. The food second to none and the staff friendly and attentive . There is no air conditioning (which few non 5star hotels or flats have in Switzerland) but it always cools down at night and you can wonderfully sleep with open windows. I really like this hotel.
