I haven’t eaten at these but I think they are worth checking out. The Swiss excel in luxuriously rich foods, a natural byproduct of a landscape studded by cows. Little Switzerland remained much the same until the 1960s, when William Cessna purchased The Switzerland Inn and razed it, constructing a modern motor court and restaurant in its place. With dishes lovingly created from local and seasonal produce, the menu focuses on sophisticated alpine cuisine. Besides the view, of course. We came here for the view, and we're not disappointed. I always choose to sit outside on the south-facing terrace as there is a most beautiful panorama. Highly recommended. So it’s no surprise that the country’s mountain ranges are endowed with some world-class restaurants. And to a man, they love it. I hope we can try it soon.
